These three modalities inspire shifts in consciousness, evoking true transformation and clarity, revitalization, greater connectedness with your highest energetic potential, and improved mental and physical health.
Embark on a guided journey of your desired manifestations, then allow the soothing and intentional sounds of 25 Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls to lull you into a surrendered meditative state, while receiving the gentle and loving frequency of Reiki energy healing.
At the heart of SOUND+SOUL lies the powerful healing energy of Reiki – the energy of love itself. Allow yourself to be enveloped in this universal life force energy channeled to restore balance, promote healing, and awaken the love that resides within you. You will leave feeling renewed, rejuvenated, inspired, and blissed out!
Mindset, Sound and Reiki are ancient and incredibly effective healing modalities! No prior experience is necessary and no physical movement is required at any time. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat to lay on and a personal pillow and blanket for added comfort. Eye masks or a light scarf to drape over the eyes are sometimes desired, so please bring if you’d like. Come with your own water vessel and wear comfortable clothing!
If you are unable to lay on the ground for an extended period of time, please message Lauren Fay directly to sort out a seating arrangement. A limited number of mats are available to borrow, please make it known if you are in need.
