SOUND+SOUL Reflect, Release, and Receive is a special New Year gathering designed to help you consciously let go of what no longer serves you from 2024 and make space for the intentions and dreams you’re calling in for 2025.
We’ll begin by immersing ourselves in the intentional sounds of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, allowing their gentle yet powerful vibrations to dissolve any lingering stress or stagnant energy carried over from the year prior. Then, as you rest in this cleared space, we’ll introduce the warmth and healing power of Reiki - a loving energy that will help fill you with the qualities you wish to embody in the year ahead.
Throughout the session, you’ll be guided with reflective questions, inviting you to deepen your awareness, clarify your intentions, and fully connect with your inner wisdom.
Join me for a deeply renewing experience that leaves you relaxed, empowered, and open to all the possibilities 2025 holds.
No experience is needed, and no physical movement is required. All you need is a yoga mat to lie on and a pillow for extra comfort. We’ll provide bolsters, blocks, and blankets, but feel free to bring an eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes if you’d like. Don’t forget your water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Come as you are, and get ready for a deeply relaxing and uplifting experience!
