Curious about Reiki? Join me for a two-hour in-person course designed for those who are new to Reiki or interested in learning more. Whether you're considering receiving a Reiki treatment or thinking about exploring training, this class is the perfect starting point.
In this course, we will cover the fundamentals of Reiki, including:
- What is Reiki? Understanding its purpose, uses, and how it works as a healing modality.
- Energy Centers: How Reiki interacts with the body’s energy centers.
- The Benefits of Reiki: Emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual healing possibilities.
- Reiki Principles: Living a balanced life through the core principles of Reiki—like compassion, trust, and forgiveness.
We will also engage in a hands-on practical session, where you can experience your own energy firsthand. The gathering will conclude with a group Reiki treatment, offering an opportunity for you to relax and receive the healing power of this practice. There will be plenty of time to ask questions, receive feedback, and explore whether a Reiki Training might be right for you.
